Q: “What was the writing/recording process like? What was most challenging? What was the most rewarding?”
A: “The song came together pretty naturally. My collaborator, Busco, started playing the piano part almost immediately and then we kept going from there. The melody gave me an uplifting feeling, and I just started singing the hook with the word magic. Once all of the lyrics were done, we added some more production with synths and other ear candy to give it that full feeling."
Q: “What do you hope listeners take away?”
A: “I hope people walk away feeling inspired and happy. Life is unpredictable, but that’s part of what makes it magical. If you keep believing in yourself and the possibilities ahead, you’ll find your way."
